What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We offer a 7 day return policy from the day the item is delivered. The customer agrees to paying the return shipping.
Each item is made handmade with love and since each item is handmade we must charge a $5.00 restocking fee. This will be deducted from the refund.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. The items will be marked final sale. All items on the final sale page can not be returned.
When will I get my order?
Each order is made with love and takes 5 business days to ship. Orders ship during business days. You will be provided a tracking number. Please check spam folders in your email.
If there is any delay you will be made aware and contacted.
Where are your products manufactured?
Fakewrenching is a small business based out of Jacksonville Florida. There is no storefront. Everything is handmade out of my office in my home.
Do you do brand ambassador programs?
